Special plants
An extra feature of RPE is the production of special plants. The plants are adapted and designed to specific requirements of our customers regarding functionality and mechanical dimensions.
The left picture shows a cleaning plant with 3 vertical process steps in one tank (ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing section and blow off with pressure raised air). The unit is integrated into a production island where a central robot system handles the components between the different machining stations.
The right picture shows a spray cabin in a maintenance workshop of the German railway system. In the cabin the cleaning of diesel engines is executed as last step before final assembling.
