Rototronic® -
Cleaning with rotation in a straight through process
RPE’s Rototronic® plants are designed for huge capacity of cleaning goods and high cleanliness requirements.
A programmable servo robot system and very flexible changeable baskets enable the cleaning of different goods with different cleaning programs at the same plant.
Rototronic® is an extended development of the well known straight through method. While in a conventional straight through plant a handling system with two axis is used for the transportation of baskets, Rototronic® got a third moving level. The third axis enables rotation and exact positioning of the baskets under certain angels inside the baths and above fluid level.
Advantages of rotation technique:
- Prevention of inclusion of air bubbles during immersion
- Intensive flushing inside the baths by using movements in different axis
- Complete emptying of the good above fluid level
- Use of ultrasonic in every tank
