Flowtronic® - Continuous cleaning in a straight through process

Flowtronic® plants designed by RPE realise the use of industrial cleaning in continuously operating serial production processes.

Flowtronic® plants are integrate able directly into fully automatic manufacturing plants and are adaptable to the process time of production lines.

The inline cleaning method eliminates the problems of pre-storing and reloading of the products, which is typical for discontinuously operating plants. This saves storage area inside the production area and labour cost during manufacturing.
