Filter- and treatment technique
Bag- and cartridge filter
For the compliance of defined cleanness classes a continuous filtering of the baths is required.
The used filter technology is calculated and adapted to the contamination
and to the required cleanness classes.
Belt filter
During the cleaning of extremely contaminated parts a high volume of smudge has to be rejected from the baths. For this task belt filters are used as a first filter step.
After this pre filtering step the fluid can be cleaned in further steps by bag filters, candle filters or membrane technique.
The belt filters made by RPE are designed for high fluid flow and are
capable to remove high sludge loads.
Oil separator
Cleaning plants for de-oiling and degreasing are provided with a separate circuit for oil separation.
For this task RPE is using a system with high separation result and
with high availability.
Membrane technique
Membrane technique enables high cleanliness results and long term operation of the baths. The RPE designed membrane filter modules can be combined and integrated into existing filter systems.
The monitoring and automatic control functions are included into the
plant automation system or into an own control unit.
Water treatment systems
Clean water - good cleaning results
The quality of water, used for the baths and for the compensation of fluid losses influences substantial the cleaning result.
RPE offers a complete program of treatment systems for the water supply
of the plants.
Systems for chemical dosing and analysis
For a continuous cleaning result a stable concentration of chemical detergents is requested.
Especially in continuously operating plants an automatic dosing of
detergents is recommended. The dosing can be controlled in dependence
of concentration
measurements, material flow or re-feeding of water losses.
